Please give us a brief overview of CREATIVE DESIGN HAMBURG | Stefan Frank Design and the service you provide.
CREATIVE DESIGN HAMBURG | Stefan Frank Design works for clients from a wide variety of industries and areas, such as crafts, gastronomy, services, medicine, entertainment and industry. The focus is on web design and graphic design.
With the difficulties of 2020 in mind, how were you able to adapt and persevere?
I concentrated on the essentials and compensated for the loss of 50% of the orders with the fact that customers received comprehensive support in terms of web design, web content as well as on-page and off-page SEO. At the same time, I used the time to prepare an innovative social media content design concept that I'm currently starting with.
Do you have any flagship products or services?
The core of our social media content design concept is made up of standardized company videos that are launched on YouTube, supported on Instagram and prepared as video blogs on the company website.
What makes you stand out above your competitors?
In particular, the holistic approach from the first preparatory Google analysis to the final press publication in online news media is a central unique selling point.
If you could highlight an award-winning aspect of your company, what would it be?
Our aim is to offer clients real added value and to build websites that deliver very good results under the target search combinations and can be used, for example, for customer acquisition.
